Child Safety Standards

*Last updated: August 11, 2026*

Our commitment

Syncoply has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form,
including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any other activity
that endangers minors. This policy applies to every user, on every feature of the app, at
all times.

Syncoply is not directed at children. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an
account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Prevention

We take the following steps to prevent CSAE on Syncoply:

- Age requirements are enforced at account creation.
- User-generated content (profile photos, bios, and messages) is subject to our
Terms and Conditions, which prohibit sexual content involving minors.
- Users can report a profile or conversation for review at any time, directly from within
  the app.
- Users found to have violated this policy are permanently banned and reported to the
  appropriate authorities.

Detection and reporting — for users

If you encounter content or behavior on Syncoply that you believe endangers a child, you
can report it in two ways:

1. **In-app:** open the user's profile or the conversation, report the content directly to our Trust & Safety team.
2. **By email:** contact us at info@syncoply.com.

We review all CSAE-related reports as a top priority and aim to act within 24 hours of
receiving them.

Our response

When Syncoply identifies or receives a credible report of CSAE

- The account involved is immediately suspended pending investigation.
- Confirmed violations result in a permanent ban and removal of the associated content.
- We preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with law enforcement.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority — in the United States, the
[National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)],  in Brazil, [SaferNet Brasil](https://new.safernet.org.br/) /  [Disque 100](https://www.gov.br/mdh/pt-br/disque100); or the
relevant jurisdiction — as required by applicable law.
