Syncoply is committed to protecting your rights and providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Our terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for the use of the Syncoply app and the relationship between our users and Syncoply.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time to improve the service. Notifications about significant changes will be shared with registered users.
5. Responsibility for Content & Interactions
Users are responsible for their own activity, messages, and interactions on Syncoply. We encourage respectful communication and reserve the right to remove content that violates laws, community guidelines, or harms others.
6. Ownership of Content
All branding, text, graphics, and technology remain the property of Syncoply. User-generated content (such as profiles, messages, or shared media) remains the property of the user, but by posting it, you grant Syncoply a limited license to display and operate it within the app.
7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or misuse the service.
8. Indemnification
By using Syncoply, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syncoply and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your interactions with others, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Syncoply is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on the content.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
